I have 1 unit of 5-storey apartment - Sri Pinang in Bandar Puteri Puchong. I want to appoint an agent & sell it. But 1st i need to know how much is the valuation by bank. Any agent could help me on this? Freehold 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Partial furnish with kitchen cabinets, ceiling fan & water heater. My unit is at Level 5. hi i alex from everest properties. i interested to assit u to sell yr property. current market rate is around rm 330k to rm 350k. depending level. since is walk up apartment , as higher floor will be cheaper than lower floor. same as bank value as valuer will justified the level of the property if is walk up apartment. u can reach me at 012-3633498  or email - alextong38@gmail.com Read More
