I have 2 properties in Malaysia (2 condos) and i am going to convert my citizenship to Singaporean (My application approved). Just to check if there is any issue in the future if i would like to let go my condos in Malaysia?

The prominent issue is the real property gains tax (RPGT). The RPGT Exemption Order 2020 which is effective until end of 2021 only benefits citizens of Malaysia. Other foreign nationals will be subjected to RPGT. Read More
