i have a 2-storey terrace house in Alam Nusantara, next to Setia City Mall Shah Alam. It is a freehold 20x70ft intermediate unit, built up area 1,940 sq. ft., facing playground & completed in year 2012. Brand new unit and unfurnished. It is called Ayu Prima developed by PKNS. Can i check what is the current bank valuation (bank loan) for this house type as i planning to sell. Tq for your advice.
