I have a client (mamak restaurant operator) and a mini mart. Looking for 2 shop lots. Corner or endlot shop will be highly considered for restaurant. Intermediate can too. Prefered location in Bandar Sunway, Subang, Kelana Jaya or Shah Alam. Must have very high traffic flow, near residential, commercial and colleges. Budget according to market.
