I have a commercial shop lot which is under 3 names (myself and 2 brothers). If I want to sell my share of the property, do I need the consent of the other 2 party?

Yes, you need consent of other 2 parties. As long as their name is registered as the beneficiary of the house. They must agree to sell in order for you to proceed on the sales. Read More
