Asked by
I have a condo rented out, the tenancy agreement is for 1 year, will be expired soon. There was an agent helped to prepare for the agreement last time, but now she had resigned.
We would like to renew the tenancy with tenant for another year,.
1. Can we issue a tenancy renewal letter signed by both parties? Is this letter need to be stamped?
2. If yes, how to get the agreement stamped as heard we cannot do through LHDN counter.
Thank you for your advice.
