Dear Ms. Annie, It is very unlikely that the agents did it for fun. Many agents like to have a large collection of listings, so they have something ready to offer when there is a tenant. They may not be working on it but rather waiting for the right client. So not all is lost. But this explains their silence. Perhaps you should try appointing an agent you trust who is willing to invest his time and resources. Spend some time with him/her to explain your requirements/expectation. In return you can expect the agent to spend his time and effort in marketing your property. Just sharing my thoughts for your benefit. Hope this helps.
