I have a d/s house join name with my husband, recently he facing financial problem and apply personal loan from bank, i worry if he cant do a loan repayment to bank , bank will take over this property or not ? For security purpose , can i ask lawyer to withdraw his name from this property?

sure will affect your property if want to sell at coming days, if your husband go to bankruptcy your property will caveat by bank, you can ask lawyer to withdraw your husband name but have to done early, if bank discover you prosposely withdraw your husband name to avoid bank taken the property bank will go through legal action. if withdraw before financial problem bank would not discover it.
