I have a house in Jalan Samarinda 12, Taman Klang Indah. 1 storey intermediate terrace house. Basic unit with no land extension and basic renovation. Unfurnished. Freehold unit with land size 20x60'. I wanted to do a quick sale for this house (urgent). Please let me know how much I can sell (bank valuation) and whether got any ready buyer. TQVM
