Size :1200 sqf and I looking for to help me to rent out.
I budget RM15-20k cash
- tenant for renovate the office
- Agent who able to get tenant without need to subsidy the tenant the amount will go to the agent

I'm looking of monthly rental of 4.2-4.8k.
