I have a situation. I rent a semi D at 600 per month. with 3 months deposits, and 200 for electricity & water. My husband's pay was pending due to salary movement process, and so was the rent. It's been 3 months, and the landlord decided to kick us out. Within a week, the SMS the notice to vacant the house or else they would take out our belongings to the field. in the mean time, they locked the house, and we cant enter to do anything.
what is my right as a tenant?

Hi, I feel sorry for your situation. Nothing much you can do if it has been mentioned the tenancy agreement (if any). Please get you agent help to talk to the house owner. Read More
