Dear Madam Linda Ng, There are no fixed charges just to collect rentals. Only 5% of the annual gross rental for property management. The fee can be agreed by both parties. Normally, we request the tenant to bank in directly to the Landlord's bank account and should there be any default in payment, the Landlord will inform us to collect the rental on behalf.
