I have been inquired by a friend. There is an old lady who have a property in Malysia.
Apparently, this was very long time ago and she being too old, can’t recall when it was purchased or even where in Malaysia it was purchased. However, she is still receiving posts for unpaid bills of sort from Malaysia. The Question is, how can she prove that she owns that property? Is there some government office in Malaysia such that they can prove that she owns which property? Her Lawyer thinks its better for her to sell it and then move into old age homes in Japan, but Japanese government doesn’t allow her to enter Old age home if she still have properties. As I had no contact but the only English speaking friend, my real-estate agent friend who was contacted by her lawyer came and asked if I can find those information. Any information would be very much appreciated.
