I have moved abroad and I can’t find the contracts of my property S&P, deed of mutual convenants and license agreement. Can I get copies from the seller? What shall I do?

You may obtain copies of these from your lawyer. You may also seek assistance from your bank or the previous Seller as they will also have copies of them. If you have the Reference No. etc, it will be easier for your lawyer to track. Read More
