I have planning to buy an apartment which don't have a strata title. Is it possible and what is the risk on buying such property without strata title? Thanks

Hi its possible without strata they have master tittle. How long already does the apt do not have a strata? Morr than 10yrs? If more than 10yrs then not many bank want to loan to u only left a bank i know which is public bank willing to loan. Where are u looking to buy? If in klang valley i may b able to help u.
