I have seen a lot of properties (condos for rent) which have 4 bedrooms, but when I checked on the details section, it says 3+1 bedrooms. What does it exactly mean?

some property website list no of rooms but did not give a 3+1 column for agent to tick it but some website will have 2+1 or 3+1.the plus one room means its a small room . Read More

3 is a proper bedrooms sizes, the additional +1 is sort of like a utility room, helper's bedroom or even a study bedroom which is smaller in general. Best, Elaine Garcia Read More
