I have settled my home loan 3 years ago. So far I am not sure where my Document of TItle is. It should be with the bank right? But despite numerous requests I have not been provided with any answers from the bank. My question is is there such a document and who has it now?

You would need to appoint a lawyer to handle the Discharge of Charge or Deed of Receipt and Reassignment. All the originals document is with the bank. Read More

whn u have settle did u go to the bank branch to do settlement n enggage a lawyer to do it? u hav to enggage a lawyer to do it. Read More
