I heard a lot of property agents saying that now is the best time to buy a property because the interest rate is low, is that so? What is the interest rate now? Will it go up this year? I was told that I need to keep an eye out for Bank Negara Malaysia's OPR, but how the OPR is going to affect my housing loan?
