i looked up the search for my loft damansara is condominium not service residences, does it mean the utilities will fall under residential rate or not? and if let say it is commercial is it possible if apply to change tariff to residential?

If its land is commercial title, most probably is commercial rate, but please check with the building management as they will have the details Read More
