I plan to buy a house for my daughter. Do i need to wait until she is 21 years old before i can put the property under her name ?

Yes , 21 years old is legal age.Less than 21 years old not possible.

Section 11 Contracts Act 1950 : Everey person is competent to contract who is of the age of majority ..........
In Malaysia, the age of majority is 18 years. Therefore you can register the property in her name. Read More
