I plan to sell my house located in Ipoh. I bought the house, a double storey terres house in 1992. The house located at taman ampang 31350 Ipoh. The house has 4 bedrooms,3 bathroom,1 living room and 1 kitchen area. The condition is good and well-managed. The house is near to gas station and about 5km from north-south highway. Please estimate the value for me. Thank you.
