I purchased my property on 2017 March and yet complete, expecting to complete by Mid-2024 for VP.
I heard that there is some MOT waiver for first home buyer purchased the property during 2021 and onward.
I am a first home buyer, do i get any waiver when i purchase the property during 2017? If yes, how to get it waived, by lawyer or need to do it myself through government office?
