I purchased our house nearly 20 years ago in joint names, we were divorced last year and the house in Malaysia came to me in the settlement agreement. I am a MM2H holder and I wish now to sell the house. What are the restrictions or complications? I've been on the title for 20 years but only recently taken full procession of the other 50% recently.
