Greetings from Ohmyhome Realtors. Dear Sir/Mdm, I believe this project is under HOC program. Hence, 10% rebate will be provided from the SPA price and developer will pay all the legal fees for purchaser. If you able to get 90% loan then you do not need to pay any down payment.
