I signed an SPA and I was told after the signing that my unit will be rebated a bumi discount therefore given the bumi title. I opted for a non bumi lot. The reason given was that under the new land office ruling, the discount is applied automatically to all leasehold strata titles bought by bumis and there's no option to opt out. Can you verify this.
