I used to be a Malaysian and now Singaporean.
Can I buy property for my mother and take a loan under my name?
Is there any restriction on how many house my mother can own?

Hi, in bank this is called as third party finance (only certain bank accept). However you current consider as foreigner so if you want purchase property you must refer to the threshold set by the states. For example KL/Johor is RM1m
