I will like to.ask if the MO cannot solve the recurrent building issues and due to it tenant find in unliveable and left breaking the contract. Landlord incure hugh losses e.g loss of rental income, agents commission .who can i write in to ask for compensation? The noise issues due to water pump ongoing for 1 year. I try to stop paying the management fees as the problem cannot be resolved, but the MO threaten to de activate the access cards.
