I wish to rent out my Johor condo. But i heard that some tenants in JB does not pay rent and utilities on time. Agent also does not help and landlord has to report police when tenant refuse to leave the unit. Is this true ?
If tenant refuses to leave the unit , is it legal that landlord remove tenant's belonging out from the unit and change the lock ? thank you
