If a lender entered a caveat on the half share of the debtor's property. Is there any possibilities to proceed with Prohibitory Order to auction the property, in the event of default. On the other hand we undertake to forward the other half share to the 2nd owner upon successful bidding.

Once the said properties being caveat, no matter how much % is your share, it's treated as caveat, can't successful to perform the name transfer until uncaveat.
