If i bought a house 10 years and after 10 years later i sold out the house and never own any house now, Can i claim for stamp duty exemption if i bought a new house RM360000 because i never calim tax exemption before and never own any house now??

THE first-time homebuyer is defined as a person who has yet to own any property but intends to purchase a home.
