If I have only 1 month delay payment ( in ccris is showing 1 ) , how many 0 do I need to cover for next months in order bank will consider my loan application ? Say month Jan , I got a delay payment , so in CCRIS is stated 1 , what if continous Feb , March , April , May , June , July & August I pay on time , which will reflect 0 in CCRIS , can I apply bank loan for housing in Sept ?

if you late payment (non zero) is not more than 1 times in your whole CCRIS report should be fine, just double check with yr banker what is the impact on your credit rating before loan submission. Read More
