If I rent a room direct owner. How to find out whether he or she the real owner of the property. Secondly if making payment can I request can I ask both identity to be photocopy and signed as proof. Because the owner can only gave me an ordinary receipt without any letterhead.Need yr advised. Alots of thks Waiting for yr reply
