If the house is No 3 no garan double story have three owner but all die. All is the brother. 1 person die 2016, 2 person die 2018 this two person have the family the last person die 2020 but didn't have family. All of them didn't do the will. The last person have the brother what he can do? The 1 & 2 son want back the house and tell this is their house. Is this true?

Greetings from Ohmyhome Realtors. Since this property is own by 3 parties. Although 2 parties passed away. Their share of 33.33% each will be distributed according to the law if they do not have will written. Children will get part of the share out of it. About the distribution act please get lawyer to assist. Hope this able to help. Read More
