I'm a first time buyer. My salary is RM 4k, with PTPTN commitment of of RM 230 & HP for RM 370. I want to know what's the price of the property I can afford if without any guarantor/joint name. And possiblely I'm looking for property around Puchong area. Prefer with any first time house buyer benefit. Thanks.
