I'm a foreigner. My wife is Malaysian. Can we jointly own a condo in Malaysia valued at approx rm400. Also , can we get a loan together?

Hi, only your wife(Malaysian) can purchase property below RM 1mil. Once join name with foreigner, its consider foreigner status, must purchase thus property selling more than RM1mil above in KL, some area in Selangor may need RM2Mil above.
