I'm age of 27, gross salary is RM4700, net salary (after EPF/socso/eis) is about rm4200. I am planning to buy 450k house, house will be ready after 4 years, monthly installment for house is rm2300 (inclusive Maintenance) , now only got car loan n gonna end in 2020. Insurance is 150 per month. No other commitment. Single. What do u think ? Am I buying too expensive for my first house ? Cheras area property n walking distance to MRT, expect for high yield of rental income. Need your advice from experts here. Thx
