I'm currently own(instalment) a condo and I got offer for pr1ma project at the moment. Can i know if 105% housing loan for Pr1ma is applicable for 2nd home buyer? Pr1ma allows for buyer not owning more than 1, means I'm still eligible to buy pr1ma house, but I'm not too clear on the 105% loan if is still eligible for me.
