I'm interested in buying 2/2.5 storey terrace in mature township e.g. Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Damansara, Bangsar, Mont Kiara etc. Am looking for value for money good buy, preferably low selling price compared to market value. Budget around RM700k - RM1mil.
