I'm looking to moving to Malaysia in the spring. Looking to rent for at least a year or more. What is the difference between a condo and a service resident?

Basically more or less the same. Just the property title will be different.

Condo- Residential use
Serviced Resident - Commercial title but can be residential use as well.
