She is working at Malaysia and have stable salary. If The House will only under My Name, can avoid the eligibility of the foreigners purchase minimum

different bank may have different requirement on joint loan. some bank may ask to register 2 name under the title since the loan is joint name. it is better to engage the banker directly to confirm details. Read More
