I'm overseas and looking for a reliable agent want to sell off my 3 brand new properties in Penang & Malacca. What's the commision & can I use multiple agents to sell off my properties? Thanks

Hi. I am available to provide real estate service to clients where ever they are. Some clients prefer to let many agents to market the property and many also give exclusive rights to one agent. The advantage of appointing one agent is the less hassle of communication to many parties and minimise confusion in case of keys and what not. Also the agent knowingly given the exclusive marketing will do its best to market the property within the time limit. The commission is 1-2% in Penang. Read More
