1. Look for a licensed and registered agent or negotiator who is familiar with your type of property and location. You may officially appoint the services of the agency that the agent and negotiator works for and agree on the price to sell and the agency fee.
2. Prepare a copy of the title deed (for landed property), strata title (for condominiums or strata type houses) or the Sale & Purchase Agreement. allow the appointed agent to inspect your house and take some photos to understand your house pros and cons better.
