I'm selling my corner unit at Alstonia Residence Sungai Long. It's a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom unit (1,469sqf) with 2 side-by-side parking bays and is in good condition. Similar units are listed around RM550k-RM580k, but I'm hoping for a quicker sale. Is RM520k a fair price, or should I start higher and negotiate?
