In most condominiums, there are bylaws or house rules that are established by the management or the Joint Management Body (JMB). These rules typically cover noise disturbances and are meant to ensure that all residents can enjoy a peaceful living environment.

If the noise from the chanting, praying, or bell ringing is causing you discomfort, especially during early hours, you may want to address this issue.

Here are some steps you can take:

1. **Determine the source:** Try to identify the source of the noise, if possible.

2. **Speak to the neighbor:** If you are comfortable doing so, you could have a respectful conversation with the neighbor involved. They may not realize the extent of the noise they are creating and its impact on you.

3. **Lodge a complaint with the management:** If the noise persists, you can lodge a formal complaint with the condominium management or JMB. They can then address the issue with the unit owner.

4. **Seek legal advice:** If all else fails, you may need to seek legal advice. Noise pollution can be considered a nuisance under the law, and you may have legal recourse.

Remember, it's important to handle this situation delicately as it involves religious practices. It's always best to approach the matter with respect and understanding.
