EPF savings gives you good yearly dividends better than savings/fixed deposit rates. PTPTN charges very low interest rates compared to bank loans. The Ministry of Housing is tabling a request to allow PTPTN borrowers/defaulters not to be blacklisted from obtaining property purchase loan. So no need to use high dividend EPF money to settle the low interest rate PTPTN loan. Instead use the other low income generating funds to settle PTPTN loan on a periodic basis.
Should you need advise on property purchase you may call me, David Wong (E2097) at 0193330573  . I am more than glad to assist you. Thank you Read More
