It is important to know that Foreigner if to purchase OFFICE SPACE ( COMMERIAL USE ) in Kuala Lumpur Territory, foreigner MUST register in Registrar of Company first, using the Company Name to purchase the Office Space. And ONLY Sendirian Berhad / Berhad Company only entitled to gain Foreigner Approval from Kuala Lumpur Land Office. ( No No to Enterprise / Partnership ).
