Looking for a rental warehouse/office in PJ area.
1. Must be able to receive container for shipment
2. 3000 - 4500 sqft
3. Loading Bay + Passenger lift
4. Walkway big enough for pallets delivery
5. Sheltered loading bay + Sheltered walkway to warehouse (so goods do not get wet)
6. With windows
7. Low Floor
8. Air-conditioned
9. En suite Toilet (not a
must but a good to have)
10. Close to amenities (food, malls)
Unfurnished is Ok, but preferred with lights and aircon
