I've purchased a 32x75 cluster at The Hills precinct in Horizon Hills (2,887sf built up). South facing unit, side (cluster) towards morning sun. Target completion end 2013. Comes with 50 years golf and club membership and can be nominated to tenant (2 years).
How is the rental market like for this kind of unit and how much should I (realistically) expect for it (partially furnished and fully furnished)?
