1. Most importantly, you need to find out whether the strata title for Menara City One has been issued out. With strata title, the owners do not need to seek consent from developer to sell but the Land Office only.
2. Who is managing and maintaining the common areas of the condominium and whether their coffers are healthy. Good and transparent management companies always display the audited accounts on the notice board.
3. What is the pricing? Remember you have choices even within the same budget.
4. There are a few complaints and negative comments floating in the internet about this condominium as recent as 2012. From non issuance of strata titles, DBKL taking over from City One, JMB mismanagement, poor quality services from hired foreigners at exorbitant charges, trouble causing occupants, poor collection of maintenance/service charges etc.
5. If you are not comfortable, don't buy. Seek for better choices as a consumer.
