May I seek all the professional agents here , I would like to buy a property and may I know what determine the amount of lawyer fees spa etc? Is it a must to use agent recommended lawyer firm or can use my own known lawyer form ? The fees is quite far different

And SPA are depend on your purchase price and loan facilities fees are depend on your loan amount.
